Cancellation Policy
Online payment for packages must be received prior to start of the chapter series to ensure your spot. The Root package does not roll over. However, the DY and Solar package can have exceptions as per early cancellation of a class. While we understand that life happens, we encourage early cancellations as there is demand for spots and each location has a limit. Early cancellations allow for enough notice for waitlisted clients to still get a class. Cancellations later than 3 hours prior to class start time for any reason will mean you lose a class. Cancellations earlier than 3 hours prior to class start time will mean you can get a chance to reclaim the class but you will be given a reclaim by date. Please do not ask us for exceptions. The cancellation policy applies to everyone and is here to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations.
