Service Description
This Vinyasa Flow & Move class is tailored to intermediate level i.e. someone who is more aware of the yoga postures or is very active and can keep up with the pace. Imagine moving through the sequences and learning so much more about your body all at the same. The movements are slow at first and then we speed it up where you link one breath to one movement. Basically: Breathe it all in; Sweat it all out!

Cancellation Policy
PACKAGES Payment for packages is recommended prior to the start of each block to secure your space in your chosen class. Please indicate your intended class when purchasing your package so we can prioritise your space in that session. Purchasing a package does not automatically book your classes. All clients are required to log in and book each class individually. Packages cannot be shared. Transfers are only permitted before the start of a package and must be arranged in advance. Packages do not apply to pop-up classes or special offerings unless otherwise stated. Chair Yoga and Enterprise (outdoor) classes are not included in package options. There are no special packages for 2 or 3 classes. PACKAGE EXPIRY All class packages are valid for a set period and will expire on the listed date. Any unused classes after this time will be forfeited. PAYMENTS & UNUSED CLASSES Class packages are non-refundable. Unused classes cannot be transferred, credited, or applied toward other services, blocks, or discounts. ILLNESS OR INJURY In the case of illness or injury requiring time away, packages may be paused with notice. Your package will resume once you return, taking into account any scheduled breaks or holidays. Failure to notify us will void the ability to pause your package. This is the only exception to the expiry policy. CANCELLATIONS We understand that life happens, and we encourage early cancellations as class spaces are limited and often waitlisted. Cancellations made more than 90 minutes before class will have the class returned to your package. Cancellations made within 90 minutes of class start time will result in the loss of that class. Money back is not allowed for unclaimed classes. Unclaimed classes cannot be used instead of paying for a chapter/block neither can they put towards having a discount. If you book a drop-in class, the same penalties apply should you cancel late. Please do not ask us for exceptions. The cancellation policy applies to everyone and is here to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations. MAKEUP CLASSES We allow one make-up class per block for classes cancelled within the allowed cancellation window. This make-up class must be used within the first 3 weeks of the next consecutive block. Unused make-up classes will not be carried over beyond this time. Make-up classes can be booked into any available class, subject to space.
