Slow Flow Yoga

It's designed for beginners to focus on basic asanas moving with intention.

We start to learn our bodies a bit more while building core strength and gaining flexibility. It is a gentle practice which generally leaves persons feeling relaxed.

As we get older it's important to keep moving your bodies. Chair yoga is a more accessible way to practice, we stay seated for 75% of the class, working on strength and mobility.

A fusion of Vinyasa Yoga and dance, choreographed to your favourite songs. Designed to allow your body to release all limitations as you seamlessly flow from one movement to the next.

Power Vinyasa & Move

Intermediate

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking our breath to our movement.

Power Vinyasa Burn class is tailored to intermediate level, i.e., someone who is more aware of the yoga postures or is very active and can keep up with the pace.

Imagine moving through the sequences and learning so much more about your body all at the same. The movements are slow at first and then we speed it up where you link one breath to one movement.

Basically: Breathe it all in; Sweat it all out!

A class combined the dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga with the deep, meditative holds of Yin yoga, offering a balanced practice for both strength and relaxation. Let's not forget wine at the end of it all!
