Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking our breath to our movement. This Vinyasa Power & Move class is tailored to intermediate level i.e. someone who is more aware of the yoga postures or is very active and can keep up with the pace. The best part of this practice is learning the sequence transitions all verbally cued of course. This leads into a pose of the day, then we relax and stretch! Come prepared to sweat :)

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking our breath to our movement.
This Vinyasa Burn class is tailored to intermediate level i.e. someone who is more aware of the yoga postures or is very active and can keep up with the pace.
Imagine moving through the sequences and learning so much more about your body all at the same. The movements are slow at first and then we speed it up where you link one breath to one movement.
Basically: Breathe it all in; Sweat it all out!
