Cancellation Policy

* Online payment for packages must be received prior to start of the chapter/block series to ensure your spot. * Buying a package does not mean your classes have been booked automatically, you still have to log in and individually book your class. * Packages cannot be shared with another person. Packages can only be transferred to another person if you have not started your package. * Packages are separate from any popup classes or special rates being offered, unless otherwise stated. * Chair yoga is the only class offered at a different rate and is therefore not included in any of the packages. * Unclaimed/Missed classes can now roll over to the next chapter/block, but this will only be allowed once. * Money back is not allowed for unclaimed classes. Unclaimed classes cannot be used instead of paying for a chapter/block neither can they put towards having a discount. * While we understand that life happens, we encourage early cancellations as there is demand for spots and each location has a limit. Early cancellations allow for enough notice for waitlisted clients to still get a class. * Cancellations later than 2 hours prior to class start time for any reason will mean you lose a class. * Cancellations earlier than 2 hours prior to class start time will mean you can get a chance to reclaim the class as per above. * If you book a drop-in class, the same penalties apply should you cancel late.
 * Please do not ask us for exceptions. The cancellation policy applies to everyone and is here to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations.
