Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking our breath to our movement. This Vinyasa Power & Move class is open to intermediate with different variations on poses being offered. The best part of this practice is learning the sequence transitions all verbally cued of course. This leads into a pose of the day, then we relax and stretch! Come prepared to sweat :)

A stretch class designed to keep the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy!

This Slow Flow class is designed for beginners to focus on basic asanas moving with intention
We start to learn our bodies a bit more while building core strength and gaining flexibility. It is a gentle practice which generally leaves persons feeling relaxed.

This Vinyasa Burn class is open to intermediate with different variations on poses being offered.
Imagine moving through the sequences and learning so much more about your body all at the same. The movements are slow at first and then we speed it up where you link one breath to one movement.
Basically: Breathe it all in; Sweat it all out!
